Graduate Department Introduction

This department was established as the Department of Social Work in 1962 and has been recruiting new students since 1963. The master's program was established in 1973, and the doctoral program was established in 1977. Our graduate school has systematically conducted research and lectured on Korean social welfare studies to train professors, researchers, and social welfare experts, and in particular, our department has contributed significantly to the development of major social welfare systems such as medical insurance and national pension.
